Event rental packages include the use of the 42-foot diameter gazebo for ceremonies and dancing. The gazebo is enclosed and heated in the winter, while open in the warmer months to catch fragrant evening breezes. Set up, tear down, DJ table, archway, plenty of free parking, and large separate dressing areas are just some of the services and amenities available.

Evening festivities are illuminated by 2.5 million lights adorning the house and trees with a romantic glow. Several fountains, birdbaths, and floral displays decorate the grounds. And the fire pit provides an enchanting respite.

At no additional charge, your event rental package includes an event facilitator to make sure your event runs like clockwork. She’ll see to every detail, per your instructions, and make recommendations based on decades of experience. You will be left to relax and enjoy the event.

For weddings, the facilitator will help you settle into dressings rooms, serve beverages, receive all deliveries and vendors, and assist the wedding party down the aisle in the proper order. She will monitor your event to assure all activities happen smoothly and at the proper time.

We offer in-house catering with many menu options to choose from. This assures the food quality and service are up to the Queen Anne’s high standards. Our all-inclusive catering packages also include tables and chairs, lace linens, glass plates, silverware, glassware (including champagne glasses), unlimited coffee and punch, ice water, food servers, cake cutting and service to guests, cake plates, and set up and tear down of all mansion supplied items.

Some of the add-on items include chocolate fountains, fondue pots, Italian soda bar, and an ice cream sundae bar. We also offer full in-house bar service, including beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, and non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, sodas, and bottle waters.
