Can I bring in my own alcohol?
- No, all alcohol must be provided by the QAVM.
Can we bring in any food/drink?
- No, all food and beverages must be purchased through QAVM catering.
Can I bring in my own cake?
Do you allow outside wedding consultants?
Do you do any decorating?
- No. The QAVM is always decorated with the exception of the Gazebo, which the renting party may decorate.
Who is responsible for cleaning after an event?
- The QAVM staff does all pick-up and cleaning.
Can we enter early?
- No. The rental agreement is for six hours. Any additional hours may be purchased for $225.00 per hour.
Is there plenty of parking?
- Yes, we have ample available parking near the mansion.
Can we come in for a walk-through?
- Yes, but you must call the event planner and set up an appointment.
How are the fees paid?
- Upon signing a rental agreement, one half of the rental fee must be paid. The remaining rental fee, catering/bar fees, etc. are paid six weeks prior to the event.
